Private House Investigation - Staines

The team was asked to come to this house as the occupants were experiencing many unusual activity. They were above all else extremely frighten and this in turn was causing a lot stress on a day to day basis. We were told that the unexplained and terrifying going-on had been occuring for around six weeks. The only thing Jim could put this down to was the misuse of an ouija board.
The lady of the house, whom we shall call Susan, told us she had used a board with some friends, but that nothing had happened. Jim explained that just because the glass did not move, it didn't mean they had not let something in from the use of the board. He asked if the board had been opened and closed correctly - Susan was unsure.
Susan told us that only a couple of nights ago her daughter had come running into her bedroom terrified. Whilst in her own room and in bed the daughter had heard the door rattle and the key, which was situated in the lock, move. She also believed that she saw a shadow, before hearing someone say "Shhh" in her ear.
Susan continued by saying to us that her daughter would not return to her room and ended up sleeping with her in her bed. However, she also saw a shadow not long afterward and at one point felt like someone was getting into her bed between herself and her daughter. She also felt that the bed had been shaken.
Whomever this entitiy was, only last night past, did she believe that it was again just outside her door of her bedroom. On a separate occasion she had heard the phone, which is beside her bed been lifted up and then put back down again.

Susan's House
Those present: Jim, Jane, Mac, Sue, Dawn
Upon entering the house and discussing the issues with Susan, Jim said a prayer of protection before the investigation took place. The team then proceeded up the stairs to evaluate the bedrooms mentioned. It was noticed by all present that the landing and the doorway to the daughter's bedroom felt very strange and an unprodictable atmosphere developing.
We entered the daughter's bedroom first and there was a heaviness in the room. Many felt a pain occuring in the chest and also headaches. Mac felt that part of the room was happy and the other part was not. Jim held his hand against the wall to see if he could pick up on any energy. He then asked each member of the team to do the same. Only Dawn felt something - she relaid to the rest that she could see what could only be described as a clown with a lot of red curly hair. She was unable to see the rest of the body on the head part. We all felt this to be more then alittle funny and had nothing to do with the problem within the house and dismissed it immediately. How wrong we were, as you will see if you read on.
When exiting the daughters bedroom and before entering the main bedroom (Susan's room) Mac said she felt like she was falling down the stairs and like Jane she too now had a headache. Once in the bedroom and walking around it felt as though the house or the floor was uneven, it was a sense of the room being totally lopsided. Jim and Dawn then experienced pain across the eyes. Sue was starting to feel tired and what could only be described as exhaustion, to the point of having to sit down on the floor and lean against the wall. Jim asked her to leave the room and go back downstairs for a while. One of the members also complained of a pain in the leg and feeling sick.
Jim decided it was time for a séance and the team formed a circle whilst he called out for any spirits to make themself known. Jim felt that he wanted to shake and could feel someone close. Mac says she feels like someone is holding her right hand as it was tingling. Dawn and Jim call out to any spirits present - all seemed very quiet.
Jim then picks up on a little boy, that has been seen several times at the house and was more then welcome to stay there. Jane says her head feels very heavy. The team notice that Jim has started to march, Mac calls out to him and they all smell a musky aroma. Sue returns to the team and joins the circle feeling better.
Mac asks if she should lie on the bed and Jim replied saying "I feel as though I want to push you towards the bed". After a short while Jim allows the spirit to channel through him.
Mac asks "Who are you?"
"Go" was the reply
Question: "Do you want us to go away?" No reply given
Question: "Who are you? What do you want? and why do you want us to go away?" Still no reply
Question: "Can you tell us why you're here?
Suddenly Jim pushes Mac towards the bed and tries to push Jane away. He then says "Leave me alone"
Question: "We're not scared of you" Answer: "I don't care, I said leave me alone"
Question: "No we're not going to. Why are you here?" There is no reply.
Question: "Do you want us to help you go towards the light? You want help don't you? Talk to us"
Jim then feels pain
Question: "You shouldn't be here. Come on, talk to us. What is your name?"
Question: "Why are you here?" Answer: "Don't know"
Question: "Do you have a pain on your left shoulder?" Answer: "Yes"
Question: "Why do you lean over Susan and frighten her?" Answer: "I don't mean to frighten anybody"
Question: "You need our help don't you?" Answer: "Go"
Question: "No we're not going to go. You need our help and you need to go to your loved ones"
Question: "Were you married?" Answer: "Yes"
Question: "Would you like to go to your wife?" Answer: "I was. Why am I here?"
Question: "Do you know anybody here?" Answer: "No"
Question: "How long have you been here? There is no reply to this
Question: "Are you on your own here?" Answer: "No, there's a boy"
Question: "Does he need our help?" Answer: "No"
Question: "Can you tell us your name?" Answer: "They use to call me Red"
Question: "Is that because you have red hair?" Answer: "Yes"
Question: "Is it curly?" Answer: "At the back"
Question: "Can we help you move on to the light?"
Jim then returns back and says that this guy (Red) would not talk to him at first. He is not a negative spirit at all, but one who is lost. Jane says he seemed disorientated. Jim said he was very clean cut and felt he was ex Army or one of the other services. They called him Red because of his ginger hair and he has a feeling he is lost. He believes that Susan and her daughter is his wife and daughter. He has a lot of pain around the head, shoulder and chest. He thinks he died in an accident, Sue said perhaps he had been shot down in the last war, Jim says that it would fit with what he was feeling.
Dawn asks if what she saw earlier was perhaps him with the red curly hair. We hadn't thought of this at the time, but now believe it was Dawn who was picking up on this guy.
We asked for Susan to join us as we believed this would help Red to cross over. We again formed another circle with Susan sitting on the bed where she would sleep. Jim called Red to come forward again. Jane said someone touched her hair. Jim allowed him back in and Red started moving towards Susan and said to her "I don't mean to"
The team then said to him "We know you don't mean to, let us help you now. You have been scaring Susan and her daughter, you must now move on and all the pain will go"
After a short time the team guided Red into the middle of the circle. Jim called for help to guide him towards the light. It wasn't long before the team noticed a difference in the bedroom. The coldness had gone and there was warmth, this was nothing to do with heat, it was also lighter in the bedroom.
We have been in touch with Susan a couple of times to make sure everything was OK, we are told that since our visit the hose has been OK, and no further problems.
